Overview
The Cedar City Utah Temple was the seventeenth temple built in Utah. One of the great temple hymns, High on a Mountain Top, was written by Joel Hill Johnson while living in Enoch, Utah, a suburb of Cedar City. A youth cultural celebration was held the evening before the dedication of the Cedar City Utah Temple at the Centrum Arena on Saturday, December 9, 2017.
